Visita Aceite de Oliva

Located in the Sierra de Montilla is the Mill and Oil Museum. It is a family-type mill, where oil of their own, where they make a careful and thorough selection from the treatment field to the collection, through processing and packaging the product is removed.

During the visit you will adentraréis in the olive grove to know their characteristics, care and jobs. Then in the mill you can see the different phases involved in extracting this extra virgin olive oil. A tour through the history of oil, admiring its small museum will give way to the realization of a tasting initiation where you will appreciate all the nuances and organoleptic characteristics of the oils are extracted here.

In the tasting initiation it is passed by three different sensory processes, where you can appreciate the aroma, flavor and body oil. To do this, different varieties tasting glasses oil will be served to distinguish between them.

After this small introduction to the world of oil tasting bread with oil will be offered.
